Welcome to Compflow! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Compflow platform, websites, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using Compflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Compflow, Inc. (“Compflow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software that automates sales commission processes for businesses.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your company to use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during account creation and keep it updated.
3. Use of Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You will not:
Access or use the Services for competitive analysis or to build a competing product.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
Attempt to access data of other customers without authorization.
4. Customer Data
“Customer Data” means sales, commission, employee, or financial data you upload or integrate into Compflow.
You retain ownership of all Customer Data.
By using the Services, you grant Compflow a limited license to use, process, and store Customer Data solely to provide the Services.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Access to the Services may require payment of fees. Prices, subscription tiers, and billing terms are described on our website or order forms.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by Compflow and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software except as expressly permitted.
Feedback you provide (ideas, suggestions, improvements) may be used by Compflow without restriction.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed in the course of using the Services.
Customer Data is considered your confidential information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Services available, but downtime may occur.
We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Compflow does not guarantee error-free operation or specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compflow’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but provisions relating to confidentiality, data ownership, payment, and liability survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we’ll notify you through the Services or by email.
Continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms.
