Compflow, Inc. (“Compflow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software that automates sales commission processes for businesses.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

4. Customer Data

• You retain ownership of all Customer Data.

• By using the Services, you grant Compflow a limited license to use, process, and store Customer Data solely to provide the Services.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Access to the Services may require payment of fees. Prices, subscription tiers, and billing terms are described on our website or order forms.

• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by Compflow and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software except as expressly permitted.

• Feedback you provide (ideas, suggestions, improvements) may be used by Compflow without restriction.

• Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed in the course of using the Services.

• Customer Data is considered your confidential information.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the Services available, but downtime may occur.

• We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Compflow does not guarantee error-free operation or specific business results.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compflow’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Services at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but provisions relating to confidentiality, data ownership, payment, and liability survive.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

13. Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the Services means you accept the new Terms.
